Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or exchange request.

    • The video must clearly show the package being opened from sealed condition.

    • The issue (damage/defect) must be clearly visible in the same video.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, we offer a return or exchange, provided:

    • You share a proper unboxing video immediately after opening the package.

    • You notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Warranty Items

  • All non-warranty items also require an unboxing video for any return or exchange claim.

  • Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.

Return/Exchange Not Accepted If:

  • Unboxing video is not provided.

  • Request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • Product is used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.

  • Product was purchased on sale or under clearance (unless damaged in transit).
